Per our earlier blog item, this afternoon the Arkansas House voted 71-13 and the Arkansas Senate voted 24-3 to override Gov. Mike Huckabee‘s veto of funding for an elementary school science program. (A simple majority in both houses was necessary for the override.)

That should end the special session that began earlier this month, barring any last-minute surprises.
