Bush's snooping

The law allows the Bush administration to snoop through average citizens' phone records? Nope, it doesn't, a number of lawyers say. And Qwest deserves a medal. New York Times.

On the other hand, former Bushie in Washington Post says it's all legal and the administration deserves a medal.
