It's always about Clinton

Posted By on Thu, May 25, 2006 at 8:44 AM

Hempwallce media critic Seymour Butts files this morning:

The "mainstream" media's often-exposed bias toward Bill Clinton was center stage again Wednesday night on the CBS Evening News.

Gloria Borger, the odd-looking, fish-lipped pseudo-moderate who now serves as CBS' political correspondent in D.C., was reporting on the reaction to the FBI raid on Congressman Jefferson's Capitol Hill office and how even GOPs were upset by the raid.

She then said that, although Jefferson's colleagues were outraged by the executive branch invasion of his office, none of them wanted to seem sympathetic to him and all sought to put some distance between themselves and "Clinton."

She never caught her own mistake, and neither did Bob Schieffer.

And the loathing goes on.
