Slick neighborhood

Man, ain't the web something. Jim Lynch points us to the Briarwood Neighborhood Association website, which chronicles a visit with the man who wants to develop a controversial after-hours club in the seedy University Mall, next door to Briarwood. Photos, text and a blueprint of the club are included.
