GOP schism

The Republican Assembly calls itself the Republican wing of the Arkansas Republican Party. Former legislator Randy Minton says that doesn't amount to ultra-conservative, as some have called members of the group, but you could be forgiven for reading about him here and thinking the label applied. The group has unseated a couple of Lonoke County Quorum Court members for being insufficiently disciplined in the Tali ..., er, Republican faith.
