NY Times review of new book by Ron Suskind on Bush's war on terror (and the Constitution) says, not exactly surprisingly, that Bush and Co. believe that the war on terror give the president and vice president "vast, creative prerogatives": "to do what they want, when they want to, for whatever reason they decide" and to "create whatever reality was convenient."

Uh, yeah, no kidding, The review is a big thumbs-up for "The One Percent Doctrine."
