Beer at the ballpark

Posted By on Thu, Jun 22, 2006 at 5:31 AM

Hmmm. Morning News follows yesterday's D-G report on pastor Ronnie Floyd's pullback from an endorsement of the Springdale ballpark tax on account of the possibility of beer sales at the venue. He's doing a little tap-dancing, sounds like. He still doesn't like the idea of beer, but he's stopping a widow's mite short of opposing the tax. The stadium has broad support in the business community. If you get our drift.
