No early primary for Ark.

Arkansas finished out of the running for an early presidential primary in 2008. Nevada's caucus and South Carolina's primary got moved up in the schedule. Too bad. Arkansas could have provided an early referendum on the coming Arkansas-New York hybrid contest: Clinton-Clark v. Giuliani-Huckabee. Right?
