U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor will deliver the national Democratic radio address tomorrow morning at 10:06 a.m. local time.

His remarks will follow President George W. Bush's weekly radio address, and Pryor will focus on homeland security issues in the wake of this week's foiled terror plot.

For those who won't be able to listen, check this blog tomorrow for a transcript of Pryor's address.
