Meanwhile, back at the jail

We understand District Judge Vic Fleming issued an order today appointing Chuck Banks as a special prosecutor to investigate whether Sheriff Randy Johnson should  be held in contempt for not making room in the County Jail for people Fleming had ordered jailed for repeat driving offenses.
