Election travails

Posted By on Thu, Aug 24, 2006 at 9:42 AM

In Indiana, Election Systems and Software, which screwed up elections there as it did in Arkansas and elsewhere, is forking over $245,000 in compensation as well as providing extra help for fall.  Where's our cash, Charlie?

UPDATE: Noted, and we've solicited a comment from Daniels' office on this, that ES&S is crediting some $380,000 in primary charges here and also pledging extra support for the fall. We just happen to like the sound of learning that ES&S is actually going to cut a check to one of its victims.
