Football news

Posted By on Sun, Sep 3, 2006 at 5:27 PM

I can't believe Channel 7 waited to reporte the real news until after news of the last game at Ray Winder (huge crowd); update on the discovery of the body of the teen missing near Dumas (no suspects); and LR police killing of a man who tossed a knife at officers near Boyle Park.

Mitch Mustain will start next game as Hogs' QB. Casey Dick will be backup. Robert Johnson is no longer a quarterback, but a receiver.

OK, if this hierarchy is suddenly so clear now, why wasn't it clearer last week?

Here's Morning News coverage of Houston Nutt announcement.
