Updating the Capitol

The California legislature has voted to replace one of the state's statues in the National Statuary Hall in the U.S. Capitol with one of Ronald Reagan.

We don't hold much with honors for living politicians, but doesn't Arkansas have an obvious candidate to eventually replace either U.M. Rose (picture) or James Paul Clarke as its representative? (No, Huck, not you and your wife. We're talking about the guy who was twice elected president of the U.S.)
