Enter the CIA

NY Times for Sunday recounts the beginning of the CIA's use of "coercive interrogation." Despite Bush's claims to the contrary (if his lips are moving .... ), the case doesn't appear to have produced much except ongoing disputes between the FBI and CIA.

And there's this report, if only it's accurate, that Dick Cheny is no longer the maximum dictator. This doesn't mean he's not still trying.

    One of the booths at this week's Ark-La-Tex Medical Cannabis Expo was hosted by the Arkansas Hemp Association, a trade group founded to promote and expand non-intoxicating industrial hemp as an agricultural crop in the state.
