Drugmaker wins

There was a defense verdict for Wyeth today in the big lawsuit alleging that a hormone replacement drug caused an Arkansas woman to get breast cancer. In the the first of hundreds of pending cases, the jury found the drugmaker was not negligent and had adequately warned patients.

But speaking of negligence: Somebody is going to pay for that tainted bagged spinach that's now struck people in 11 20 states.
