Arkansas poultry giants — under the guise of education and information — are airing TV ads in Oklahoma that seemed design to pollute the jury pool for trials over watershed pollution from poultry runoff and also to influence the race for attorney general in Oklahoma, where the sitting attorney general has gone after the polluters. Don’t be silly says mouthpiece Archie Schaffer. Uh huh. Wonder if they have an educating to do in Arkansas races? Or just perhaps nothing to fear from anybody running for office here?

This is a story in NW edition of the Democrat-Gazette. Maybe I missed it in LR edition.
