Wal-Mart on the ballot

The discount chain is spending $300,000 to oppose the recall of city council members who voted to permit a Wal-Mart in a Los Angeles suburb.Election today.

Which reminds us, it's school election day in Arkansas. Don't forget to vote. In the Zone 3 race for LR School Board in our backyard, the Times has  recommended Carol Roddy.
