Poor, poor Condi

Posted By on Tue, Sep 26, 2006 at 7:08 PM

Flip D. Chanel, the Hempwallace TV authority, had this to say this morning at the Git 'n' Go coffee bar regarding Sunday's "60 Minutes" interview of Condolezza Rice by Katie Couric:

What a slobber-fest. Couric put on her best "Today Show" face-of-concern and served up a fawning kiss-ass fest with Rice.

When the piece wasn't going on and on about poor Condi's 1960s Birmingham upbringing in the days of Jim Crow Couric was flashing that monstrous set of choppers and fawning about "How do you go about asking the secretary of state out on a date?" That was too much even for the radical neo-con Rice.

That was followed by a kissy-poo segment on how Rice plays piano in a chamber music ensemble.

The upshot of the whole thing was that growing up being persecuted by the evil swine racist terrorists of 1960s Alabama who blew up four innocent little schoolgirls excuses Rice's transmogrification into a member of a cabal of Repugs who are responsible for the blowing up of thousands of Iraqi schoolkids.

What slop.
