Brummett assesses last week's flareup of allegations of ethical misconduct by the Beebe campaign in transferring excess money to the state Democratic Party.

Conclusion: Beebe may have pushed the ethical envelope -- and should not have -- but Hutchinson wildly overstated the foul.

Agreement: After 10 years of an envelope-pushing, ethically challenged governor, it's right to expect more of the incoming governor. (Beebe).
