Advice for Gov. Beebe

Brummett urges Mike Beebe to over-deliver. In short, don't let the greedy Senate Brotherhood squander the surplus on pork. Pay off the school construction debt, set up an industrial recruitment fund, put aside some for a rainy day. And then take sufficient cointinuing revenues to eliminate the grocery tax, now.

Audacious, yes.

Likely? Dream on.
