Seeking justice

Appeals Court Judge Wendell Griffen filed another pleading with the state Supreme Court today to open up the kangaroo court hearing scheduled by the state Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission, which is determined to punish Griffen for exercising his First Amendment right to free speech unfettered by the government. Read an interview with him on the chilling effect of this proceeding by Mara Leveritt. Her website is of particular interest to those following the West Memphis Three case, another miscarriage of justice.
