We reported some time ago about a charge being filed against a Murfreesboro coach over paddling of a 12-year-old student. The charge has been dismissed , reports the Nashville News, after questions were raised about the credibility of the accuser’s account. Other students said the child who received the paddling attempted to further bruise himself afterward. The prosecutor decided the allegation was unfounded.
