Big hit on Broadway

Posted By on Sat, Jan 13, 2007 at 1:48 PM

Former Gov. Mike Huckabee's lunch Friday with some New York journalists paid off with a lengthy post today on the NY Times' political blog. Not much new to anyone who's been following him -- he's accustomed to being an underdog, he's a social conservative, he's a can-do governor, he's got a book with hope in the title, George Bush is "gutsy" (though he did allow that escalation could be risky.) Etc.

UPDATE: Comments are interesting. Huck takes plenty of flak from Arkansas. But the redoubtable James Boulder is on the defense, as ever.
