More speculation

Brummett's blog missed the boat this morning in speculating that the Beebe appointment might be something other than Highway Commission. But I notice he's not altering the additional speculation about a possible appointment in the card, say PSC, for NLR City Attorney Paul Suskie. Suskie and dad were at the Cliff Hoofman highway commission appointment, I noticed, but that could simply have been the NLR connection at work.
