Asa looks back

Stephens covers (broken link fixed) an Asa Hutchinson speech in which he said his race for governor had been damaged by oipponents use of his record at Homeland Security. Well, yes. He thinks it was done unfairly, naturally. And also says he was trying to be humorous, not bitter about the whole thing.
