Dancing in the streets

Posted By on Wed, Jan 31, 2007 at 12:27 PM

Given the interest in the recent post about the first dance at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, I think readers will enjoy a further post on the potential perils of dancing. Robert Randolph and the Family Band played at Harding University last Friday and the crowd simply couldn't stay in the seats.

And then security couldn't stay in their seats what with trying to curb those krazy kids. Stewart Deere earlier wrote about this action for our Little Rocking Blog.

Some good Harding student commentary can be found  on the excellent blog maintained by Harding University poli/sci teacher Mark Elrod. And you can click on YouTube for the video:

  • Another Republican miracle-working governor

Great piece in Washington Post on the budget crisis in Louisiana. Big tax cuts and corporate welfare will do that to a state, particularly to a state whose previous governor, Republican Bobby Jindal, refused to join the Obamacare-funded Medicaid expansion. There's a lesson there for Arkansas.
