Higher and higher

Arkansas pops up in disparate references in the Washington Post today, both turning, you might say, on higher aspirations.

One is a feature story on the Murphy Oil-backed college scholarship program for all El Dorado High School graduates.

And remember Webb Hubbell? The former Rose Law Firm lawyer and Clinton aide who went to prison for embezzlement is currently featured in an ad urging "responsible" marijuana smokers to buy life insurance. The Post story includes a link to Hubbell''s audio sales pitch for NORML. (No, it's not April Fool's Day.)
