Posted By on Thu, Feb 1, 2007 at 9:25 AM

Funeral arrangements have been announced for Dick Kelley, former President Bill Clinton's stepfather, who died Wednesday in Hot Springs at age 91.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday, First United Methodist Church, 1100 Central Avenue, Hot Springs.

Burial: Private for family.

Reception and Irish wake 3:30-5 p.m., Convention Center Auditorium.

Memorials: St. Joseph Mercy Cancer Center or Clinton Presidential Foundation.

Statement from President Clinton: "From his passion for golf to his travels around the world with mother and their shared love of the racetrack, Dick had a zest for life that he brought to everything he did. Last week, even as his health was failing, Dick rallied to make one last trip to his beloved racetrack. That was Dick. He made the most of each day, giving love and laughter, kindness and a helping hand. He never met a stranger and left the world a better place. We will be forever grateful for the love and happiness he brought to our family."
