A good day for guns

Posted By on Sat, Mar 10, 2007 at 7:43 AM

A U.S. circuit court strikes down the D.C. ban on keeping guns at home (widely ignored, we'd bet) and the gun groups are happy today. If upheld, does it mean the end of ANY laws placing restrictions of any sort on guns? I don't think so. But then there's Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Roberts, so who knows. Maybe I can at last buy that shoulder-fired missile I've always wanted.
