Dumbing things down

We happen to think the legislative push to encourage high schoolers to concurrently enroll in local college courses for credit will detract from the effort to increase participation in tougher Advanced Placement courses. Of course it passed the House. Roll call here. CORRECTION: It passed the House with only 57 votes. I originally linked the emergency clause vote, not the vote on passage. The link is corrected.
