Neanderthal time

Posted By on Tue, Mar 27, 2007 at 8:20 PM

Chalk me up with Bisbee. This legislature doesn't need authority to meet annually. They already do, pulling down piles of cash and free meals and drinks. That's enoug mischief without full authority to pass legislation every year. No thanks.

(If you're anti-linking: The Senate is resisting approval of a constitutional amendment to allow annual legislative session. They meet all the time already, drawing per diem and more regularly.)

Pass some limits on lobbyists, then we'll talk.
