Mike Beebe vetoed three bills today — a couple of local General Improvement Fund bills (one a Mike Kenney pork bill for “Conductive Education of Northwest Arkansas” and one for the Lake Village Fire Department) and one of Rep. David Dunn’s execrable bill to allow use of industrial development bonds to build retail stores, hospitals and office buildings.
