Wal-Mart gets another shot

Here's one to agree with Wal-Mart on: The Supreme Court is giving the company another shot at trying to take away retirement benefits ($15 million worth) from the thieving Tom Coughlin.

Meanwhile, the U.S. attorney from Fort Smith was arguing Thursday for some prison time for Coughlin, whose delicate health got him a sentence to time served riding the range on his ranch.
