Whitewater revisited

Posted By on Fri, Apr 20, 2007 at 6:03 AM

The New York Times returns (bad link fixed) to Whitewater, the failed real estate development that gave Clinton haters 10 years of empty scandal to chew on. But do not be alarmed. It's a travel article in the Escapes section of the newspaper. The writer drops by the scenic real estate as well as visiting Flippin, Ponca, Eureka Springs and other Ozark outposts in a friendly piece on the glories of rural Arkansas.

I got the message today before noon; others didn't find out until it was going on. But however folks found out, they turned out in huge numbers, more than thousand men, women and children, on the grounds of the state Capitol to listen to speakers from all faiths and many countries.
