Connie Meskimen, a Hot Springs lawyer, was funning when he complained in a letter to the editor of the D-G about a liberal Congress moving up Daylight Saving Time and thus doing all sorts of damage wth that extra hour of daylight. Readers have been busily setting Meskimen straight.
