Prosecute the prosecutor

Posted By on Thu, May 10, 2007 at 11:33 AM

Well, this takes the U.S. attorneygate rhetoric up a notch or five.

It says here that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. believes U.S. Attorney Tim Griffin of Little Rock, the Karl Rove political operator installed in office here in a scheme designed to avoid Senate confirmation for Griffin and an untold number of other partisan U.S. attorneys, should be prosecuted. Reason: his involvement in Florida political efforts that Palast and Kennedy believe were intended to suppress the minority vote to help elect George W. Bush.

Here's a direct link to Palast's article on the subject and audio of his interview with Kennedy.
