A subscriber to the Texarkana newspaper notes this quote from Sen. Barbara Horn:

The Arkansas legislature also worked to increase the minimum wage, she said, noting most lawmakers were in favor of that measure.

Funny thing. No minimum wage legislation was introduced in this session of the legislature save one little ol' measure to ROLL BACK a portion of the recent increase as it pertained to restaurant workers. Sponsor of SB 361? You guessed it. Sen. Barbara Horn.
