Data mining

Argenta News, Sam Scott Miller's busy blog on the north shore, is beginning to roll out his findings from an FOI request to Main Street Argenta. He says finances don't look so rosy and that he's uncovered some disingenuous dealing when it comes to filling seat's on the downtown promotion group's board. This should produce followups in the media that cover NLR regular -- another example of the huge potential for blogs/Internet publishers large and small to explore local news niches.
