Oh happy day

Posted By on Sat, Jun 23, 2007 at 3:57 PM

ST. LOUIS -- A thick cloud cover made the temp bearable at Busch Stadium this afternoon and the Cards made it bearable with a rousing victory over the Phillies, which I was privileged to enjoy along with about 45,000 others. Name dropping: Thanks to an invite to tag along from a Little Rock friend he made as an Arkansas Traveler, I'm having dinner tonight at Mike Shannon's with the Mad Hungarian, Al Hrabosky, now a popular broadcaster. Which explains my sporadic attention today and another OPEN LINE SATURDAY.
