1) That Tim Griffin's political consulting firm will work for Fred Thompson. Not the same as direct employment.

2) And, speaking of U.S. attorneys in Little Rock:  That the process for a replacement for Bud Cummins may begin anew. Meaning that the three names submitted previously won't work, for one reason or another. (Hard to figure Sen. Mark Pryor backing Betty Dickey, for one.)
