There he is

Mike Beebe makes his first Game and Fish Commission appointment tomorrow. Will he break the drought? Will he be the pioneer who puts a woman on the commission? Or a minority member? No breath being held. I suspect today was women's day for the governor, on his judicial appointments.

Predictions?
