President left behind

Even former conservative allies and administration members are bailing out on Bush's No Child Left Behind.

Again the question: Is there a single element of government he hasn't corrupted or screwed up? I wish I could give an easy link to a subscriber-only Tim Egan column in NY Times (you can sign up for free trial) over the weekend about the plundering of the Forest Service, Park Service and Bureau of Land Management. Teddy Roosevelt would weep. No, wait. He might just kick his butt.
