Certainly worth noting is Asa Hutchinson's comment in an appearance in NW Ark. on whether Bush should pardon Scooter Libby.

“ I do not believe there should be a pardon for ‘ Scooter’ Libby. In order for democracy to succeed, the rule of law cannot be weakened. … While we can have great sympathy (for Libby personally ), the fact is that he was convicted of perjury. The system worked, ” Hutchinson said.

Given his prosecution of Bill Clinton on a lesser offense, he could hardly have said otherwise. Still, credit where due. Copy and paste for story:
