In review: 'Sicko'

Some good and some over the top in Michael Moore's latest, writes Brummett. One step in the right direction: expanding the under-used state program of barebones cheaper group insurance for small businesses. (It's no solution for those who can't afford even that  minimal coverage or the tens of millions of others with no access to even that. Health care is one of those enormous issues better left not to the state but to a single entity, the federal government, as superior health coverage in many other countries proves.)
