Wide interests

Jim Lingle, the lawyer for the ACLU in the new suit over opening Arkansas executions, is a busy man.

Here's an interesting class action suit he's filed, along with other lawyers, in Florida against Toyota for misrepresenting mileage claims for the hybrid Prius. It was advertising average MPG of 55 when in practice it gets only 46. (Only 46. I wish in my gas guzzler.)
