West Memphis 3 investigation

Posted By on Wed, Aug 8, 2007 at 1:28 PM

Mara Leveritt reports learning from a reliable source that Prosecuting Attorney Brent Davis of Jonesboro has agreed to a proposal from defense atorneys to test knives and other items supplied by Pam Davis, mother of one of the three children slain in 1993. State officials are to take possession of the items today. This is further development of DNA testing reported by Mara earlier as attorneys continue to appeal three convictions in the case.
