A tale of two cities

NOTE: The Election Commission changed its links. My original precinct list got shifted elsewhere. It's now changed.

Here's the link to precinct results in the mayoral powers voting in Little Rock. White precincts overwhelmingly in favor -- 80-20 a typical split -- and votes against the measure by similar margins in black precincts. Larger turnout in white precincts. About 100 voted against the measures in my home precinct, 109 at Pulaski Heights Presbyterian, but about 450 voted for it, to give you some idea.
