PTO mom busted

Interesting case to follow. Bentonville mom steals $23,000 from elementary Parent Teachers Organization. She's turned herself in. She claims she had to take the money to feed her family because of financial reverses. Money, however, went out to Home Depot, Radio Shack, Discovery store. (Do they sell Wonder Bread?) Anyway, the point is this -- does a thieving soccer mom get same treatment as a ghetto hot check mom?

We'll see.
