LR School Board working -- UPDATE

Posted By on Fri, Aug 31, 2007 at 8:45 AM

Downtown looks deserted, suggesting the now-popular pattern of converting all three-day weekends to four-day weekends. Not the Little Rock School Board. Members are being polled on whether a quorum can be assembled this evening for a special meeting, apparently to approve a contract for interim Superintendent Linda Watson.

UPDATE: The meeting will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
