Huck and Hill

Posted By on Sun, Sep 2, 2007 at 4:53 PM

Here's video of Mike Huckabee from ABC's "This Week." Another round of softballs. Stephanopoulous focused on Fred Thompson's record as a lobbyist and let Huckabee tee up on him. Did he quiz The Huckster on his record? No. Did he force Huckabee to explain how he'd provide the universal coverage which you might think he favors based on stump formulations? No.

He was asked about conservative Republicans who don't think Huckabee can beat Hillary Clinton. Huckabee said he brings contrasts to such a race necessary for taking her on.

And speaking of Hillary, belatedly, here's a link to her appearance with David Letterman last night and a Top Ten list that several have said they enjoyed. A good placement for her.
